VoipDiscount is an internet phone and has Call forwarding capability. The GUI design is very similar to other Finerea Voips but the rates are lower for some destinations. Like others before it Voipdiscount has call forwarding, you can forward your voip-in and P2P calls to any phone number of your choice, the forwarded calls will be charged at the voipdiscount standard rates which mean free if the number is in one of the free countries. I have tested it and the audio quality is very good much like all other voip clients from Finarea.
